Polyurathene Expandable Foams
Polytek's PolyFoam products consist of both rigid and flexible foams in the free-rise density range of 2-8 lb/cubic foot. The PolyFoam R products are all rigid castable foams and offer the ease of a 1:1 by volume mix ratio. PolyFoam R-2 offers a 2 lb free rise density, R-5 is a 5 lb foam and R-8 is an 8 lb/cubic foot free rise foam. The PolyFoam Series are highly regarded for their hard skins and uniform cell structure. PolyFoam products are excellent for casting lightweight parts, mold boxes/shells and for backing up sprayed-up or hand laid-up castings. Fun, fast and low cost!
