Tool Dimensions

Since the majority of the tools in this website are individually handcrafted, their weight and dimensions may vary somewhat from those stated in their product description. Please note that every effort is taken to accurately measure and weigh each tool. However, should their dimensions and weights vary from those stated, this variance in no way adversely affects the integrity, functionality, or ease of the tool’s use.

Pricing

All prices in this website are at full retail price ex our Auckland Warehouse. All prices include GST. All prices and pricing policies are subject to change without notice. Pricing is based on pick up from our warehouse only.

Back Orders

Unless otherwise advised, items not in stock at the time of your order will be automatically backordered for a period of 45 days. If the item(s) ordered become available within those 45 days, it (they) will be shipped and you will be billed. If the item(s) ordered do not become available within those 45 days, your order will be cancelled.

Payments

We accept payment by Direct Credit or Pay Pal (including American Express, VISA and MasterCard.)

Shipping

Sculpture Workshop will process orders for in-stock items within 1-2 business days. Your processed order will then be shipped per your chosen Delivery Method. All pricing on the Sculpture Workshop web-site are based on pick up from our warehouse. Cost for delivery is an additional charge.

Due to the various delivery options available and the huge range of size and weight of orders we are unable to provide you with a freight cost until we have received your order. We will contact you as soon as your order has been packed, with the various alternative delivery methods and there relevant costs.

Payment for this can be made by direct credit.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Return the item in the original packing materials with a copy of the packing slip or invoice. The entire item, in its original condition, must be returned in order for us to exchange it or issue a refund.

If requesting an exchange, any difference in price will either be credited or charged to your credit card.

Returns due to error on our part or due to the item being defective will be given full credit. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge.

Send the package insured and prepaid NZ Post or as per original freight. Save your NZ Post receipt until you receive your refund or replacement.

Credits will be applied and/or replacements shipped as soon as your return is processed. Please note, credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Conditions of Sale

Goods are sold only subject to these conditions and upon the basis that they are at the customer’s sole risk, and so far as they may lawfully do so the manufacturer, distributor and retailer (their servants and agents) hereby exclude themselves from all liability in respect of all loss and damage and be bound by, or responsible for, any other conditions of sale, or any representations, specifications, promises, warranties or conditions of any kind or description expressed or implied statutory or otherwise.

Products may cause damage or loss if used otherwise than strictly in accordance with the directions for its use. Each user should conduct his own tests to determine the suitability of this material for his particular purpose.

Goods remain the property of Sculpture Workshop until paid for in full.

Disclaimer

All products distributed by Sculpture Workshop, should provide suitable precautionary statements on all hazardous or suspected hazardous chemicals. In many instances chemicals may have not been studied for hazard or toxicological effect by the manufacturer or supplier. The burden for safe use of all chemicals is the sole responsibility of the buyer or user. The products offered are intended to be used by individuals who are familiar with their potential hazards. Individuals using these materials should refer to the product labels for applicable warnings and safe use. Always work in a well ventilated area when handling all chemicals and appropriate standard safety equipment used.

Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for the intended use and user assumes all risk
and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
